Add-ons for exchange the customized photo

This is the add on item for additional customized pet painting.
The customized item mean that we will use your pet photo to make the artwork and design, then we will create product. It may be DTG print or Embroidered product which depend on your selection.
The following steps is the way we processing the order:
1️⃣ Size, Color, Any Text and Photo Choice: Select your Size (remember to refer the size chart), Color, Number of customized pet photo (we normally charge for each customized pet photo), Text, Font Style (if have, refer the Font Table)
2️⃣Photo Selection: Select the best photo of your pet which is clear, no accessories and straight. You should refer our Photo Guideline here. Then click to Drag & Drop Pet's Photo or Browse to submit your photo.
3️⃣ Add to cart and make a payment.
4️⃣ Proof Sending: After 3 ~ 5 business days, you will receive an email to approve a artwork proof. Please pay attention Email notification (also check the SPAM or JUNK mailbox)
In order to save time for production and shipping, if we do not receive your reply within 24 hours of receiving the proof email, we base on this version to create the product.
5️⃣Start production: When we receive your confirmation of the proof, we will send to production. It will take 3 ~ 7 business days for production.
6️⃣Shipping & Delivery: We will ship your order to you via UPS, USPS, FedEx or DHL shipping. You will receive an email with tracking once shipped. For more detail, please refer the Shipping Policy here
In order to have a best item, you should prepare the good photo. Please follow the guideline as below:
1. No any accessories in your pet:
2. The photo should be a straight photo, not angle shot.
3. The photo must be clear:
4. The submitted should show fully the head, no missing the ears, nose,...
5. The perfect photo should be clear, straight, without accessories:
Please remember that we can do any pet such as: dog, cat, horse, turtle, rabbit, parrot, bird... if the submitted photo can meet our above guidelines.
